You are in control of the FY2013 budget and you have $100 to allocate to different issue areas. How do you distribute to the money?

In last year's budget, the legislature allocated $11 of $100 to debt service/pensions. Giving too little will negatively affect the state's credit rating. Giving too much will result in deep cuts to critical programs.
